- 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELATION
- 48 hours prior to arrival 50% Refund.


PEAK SEASON DEC 17th to JAN 5th

- 50% balance is due 60 days prior to arrival

CANCELATION
- 30 Days prior to arrival 50% Refund


If a new reservation fills the same unit and dates 10% penalty
All Cancellation must be sent in written to Los Suenos Rentals

No changes in policy will be honored without prior written approval by Los Suenos Rentals
